The safety and wellbeing
of our staff and customers has always been our top priority at Racicot
Chrysler.
We as a whole are taking the current COVID-19 Coronavirus outbreak very
seriously, and as we navigate through these uncertain times, we are taking
numerous additional steps at our dealership to ensure we continue to uphold our
high standards of service quality while keeping our customers and employees
healthy and safe.
These precautions include:
- Keeping staff aware of the proper protocols and procedures for proper hand
washing, diligently sanitizing products, counters, workstations, and all items
in our dealership. We are providing them with all the tools required to do
this, including wipes, alcohol-based hand sanitizers, soap, bleach and virus
killing products;
- Practicing "social distancing" within our offices by not shaking hands or
maintaining a 1-2 meter distance from each other.
- Implementing a mandatory 14-day quarantine for any staff members returning
from travel to countries with COVID-19 outbreaks; and
- Asking any staff members who feel ill to stay home, and asking any staff who
experience flu-like symptoms to stay home and contact their local health unit
and seek COVID-19 testing
We will continue to monitor the situation and make any necessary changes to
